Greetings CAHM students!
This wiki is a private website where anybody from Cabrillo Culinary can go to find information or to start a discussion. It is just a small site right now, but lots more can be added as time goes on. Currently, the site consists of:
 
  • lecture notes and practice quizzes for CAHM 50ABC, the Culinary Basics course;
  • a few other reference materials for 50ABC and 50L, such as yields and equivalents charts;
  • pointers to resource materials useful for the final project in CAHM 163, the Food Service Management course;
  • Course materials from the Spring 2008 CAHM156S Trends & Issues in the Food Industries;
  • a set of reference materials for CAHM 64, the Sanitation and Hygiene course.

All of these materials can be found by logging in, then clicking on the index on the lefthand column of any page. We are interested in your feedback about what is on the wiki now, and your suggestions for what else should be on the wiki. By clicking on the comments link at the bottom of any page, you will be able to create and post a comment to that page. The administrators of the site will also get a copy of the comment by email.
